Tools for individual employees

BioBeats is an evidence-based app (designed to be used along with a wearable device) that measures employee mental health and provides a personalised support pathway based on the results. Two measures included on the app are the World Health Organisation – Five Well-Being Index (WHO-5) and the Health and Safety (HSE) Management Standards Indicator Tool. Depending on the results of the measures, the app refers employees to an EAP provider and/or signposts them to personalised courses.

Catch it

Catch it is a project run by the Universities of Liverpool and Manchester. The aim is to help users better understand their moods through the use of an ongoing diary. The app includes a step by step mood tracker and a mood diary.

Complete Mental Health

The South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute have an online platform called Complete Mental Health which enables individuals to find out more about their personal levels of wellbeing, resilience, mood, stress and anxiety symptoms as well as perception of physical health.
