This guide provides practitioners with an overview of resilience and includes academic and practitioner research, evidence and tools which aim to develop resilience at an individual and organisational level. The toolkit is designed to be used alongside the “Towers Perrin Healthy Workplace Action Pack” and includes details on the importance of fostering employee’s emotional resilience, best practice guidelines, a twelve-step emotional resilience model and other useful resources and information.

This includes a free personality questionnaire developed by Robertson Cooper.  The I-resilience report reveals which of the four key components users naturally draw on for resilience - confidence, adaptability, purposefulness and the need for social support. The portal provides resources to help individuals develop their resilience. 

To take the I-resilience survey you will need to sign to Good Day at Work - a free online wellbeing community.
